OK everyone, here is the Unfair Gamer List Forum. Nintendopeeps knows that hackers and cheaters are really annoying and takes away the fun out of the game. We do not know if this will help but, hackers will be added to this list. Please do not accuse someone of hacking without solid evidence.
If someone trades you a hacked pokemon, they will obviously be added to the Unfair Trader list.

Hacker: Any form of hacking/cheating in which a pokemon's data is in some way affected that may or may not affect overall gameplay. Examples may be movesets (Magikarp: Roar of Time) or even a Dark-type pokemon that is impossible to defeat (The HP bar barely falls)
Unfair Gamer: Any member who disconnects as they are about to lose a battle, or disconnects as they have to leave and does not give the win to the opponent, unless otherwise discussed, as well as using illegitimate pokemon, or refusing to do a hack check when any reason is given to believe that a member is using an illegitimate pokemon.

Excuses will not be accepted so it is encouraged to have good signal and high battery level before you play.

Let's say that someone was added to the unfair trader list. If Nintendopeeps does not hear many reports about that person trading unfairly, they will be removed from the list. Flamming and spamming here is discouraged and will be removed by a Moderator if necessary.
