The Pokemon Article of many things- by Angelica
Thu Jan 21, 2010 8:03 pm by Angelica
1.The Pokemon website has had a revamp and you can watch any episode of pokemon you want
2.The Pokéwalker counts the number of steps you take as you walk around. The more steps you take, the more Watts you earn, which you can spend to find items and Pokémon!
When you transfer a Pokémon from your game into your Pokéwalker, you can select which Route you’d like to take your Pokémon along. Depending on which Route you take (such as in a grassland or by the sea), you’ll encounter different wild Pokémon and find remarkable items. When you first begin your journeys with the Pokéwalker, the list of Routes you can select from is short. But, the more you take a Stroll with your...

Fall in profits
Thu Jul 30, 2009 7:13 pm by Monasti
Written by Angelica and Monasti:

Sad news people! Nintendo has revealed a fall in their profits by 66 percent on slowing down demands for Wii Consoles. It’s forecasted a 12 percent fall all year round.
Its competitors are Sony and Microsoft and the operating profits come to about 40.4 billion yen, which in pound Sterling is £258.4 million in April to June.
But, analysts have said that they believe Nintendo’s profits will go up over the summer when new major titles are launched.

Review: "The Conduit" (16+)
Mon Jul 20, 2009 12:26 pm by Monasti

I’m sure most people have seen that advert on TV, the “I am Agent Ford” one. Well, those people seemed pretty happy with “The Conduit”, and I am too. Let’s move in for a closer look:

As you can see, I managed to get myself a special edition copy for my birthday. This edition comes with an extra booklet, which tells you about how they thought up “The Conduit” and shows you some other artwork as well, which is, quite frankly, awesome. I also have the outer-case, which goe...

A Little Article By Angelica About SMG2
Thu Jul 09, 2009 9:06 pm by Monasti
It appears that Super Mario Galaxy 2 will be tougher to complete than the initial game in the series and will see Yoshi get new abilities and costumes, while Mario will mainly have the same powers. Also, Shigeru Miyamoto might be aiming to implement some sort of bullet time effect that slows down time (only without the actual bullets).

Super Mario Galaxy is a game for the Nintendo Wii and it features the most famous Nintendo characters of all time, Mario.
Nintendo have revealed that the graphics have been updated in the new installment.

Sadly, it wont be released till 2010.

Megan Fox Gaming
Mon Jun 29, 2009 4:47 pm by Monasti
I had a shock today when I was reading one of my favourite Nintendo news websites, and an article came up saying that Megan Fox likes gaming. Gaming? Megan Fox? I thought to myself, quick get in there. Its Megan Fox for goodness sake.
So anyway, she supposedly began gaming at a very young age, saying that her “first gaming console was the Super Nintendo when I was about nine, and my first game was Aladdin”. Well, that’s a good start IMO, but when she started talking about what she does now she really blew my brains. One of her favourites is Lego Star wars. on the Wii. She gets annoyed when you can’t go off exploring in co-operative mode.
She says "I'm totally a fa...

A little Pokemon Update
Fri Jul 03, 2009 6:36 pm by Monasti
A new Pokemon Heartgold and Soulsilver video was released recently. From this video, we can tell that the 3D capabilities are used more throughout the game, the same as in D/P/P. These 3D capabilities are used in the buildings, and in the start-up screen where we can see Ho-oh or Lugia flying. We can also see in the video some locations from the games e.g. Tin tower, Slowpoke well. We can also see the new look berry bush.
But one of the main things about this commercial is that near the middle, it shows us some more about the Pokewalker, and how it is to be used. It also shows us some box art.

Hea...

Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing revealed.
Fri May 29, 2009 1:07 pm by Budge007
Running is so overrated, atleast according to the fellas over at Sega.

Most likely due to the success of Mario Kart Wii, Sega have decided to cash in with their own take on the genre using their own in-house characters. Of course this won't be just a Sonic studded affair, characters from all your favourite Sega games will be appearing such as AiAi, Amigo and..... more.

Quote:
“Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing is no ordinary racing game. Its huge variety of characters and vehicles, plus the ability to play both online and off set it apart from other games of this ty...
