Would you go deaf for a billion dollars?

If someone offered you a billion dollars to go deaf permanently, would you take that offer?

For me, I would refuse that offer.

No, I wouldn't...I can't read lips, I love music, and I wouldn't be able to have the social life I do without hearing.

Koopa, if I HAD to choose, I'd take going deaf. Can't use a computer if you're blind, now can you?

I'd keep my hearing too, there's too many things I've yet to hear that I haven't had the chance to yet! And communicating with friends and family would be so difficult....and the billion ~~pounds~~ dollars wouldn't really feel earned, anyway ^^

Absolutely not! Then I can't listen to music, and I actually had an older brother who was deaf, and he passed away.
