im at elite four and my typlosion is level 63
My raikou is level 45
My ho-oh is level 48

I;ve always had trouble training

Have you tried Ev training your pokemon & giving them good moves for Sp atk or Atk?

Isn't that EV guide for Diamond and not for Heartgold??

Oh yeah my advice for this problem is try going back and fighting everyone you skiped. (if any) If you did try training other pokemon in your party. They will get stronger especially HO-OH and Raikou. It will not only strengthen your team, but it will also even them out for tougher battles. after the Elite Four you got another 8 gym badges (kanto regeon) and they will be way tougher than the Elite Four. Also try a Dragonite if you can Dratini evolves at level 30, and Dragonair evolves at level 50 or 55. It may take a while but it will be worth it. My Dragonite is level 100, and its moves are; Hyper Beam, Earthquake, Draco Meteor, and Outrage. Very powerful move set. Whatever's easier for you though would be best. If you do try to get a Dragonite with Draco Meteor, by the time you do det a Dragonite it will be very good friends with the trainer, (you) it can learn it. Go to the house in Blackthorn City with the old guy that teaches the starters their signiture moves and talk to the old lady. There she will teach a dragon type pokemon Draco Meteor.
