I need a Delibird

I haven't seen one yet and I need it to complete my Johto pokedex. I just need 6 more pokemon so I could have at least seen all of the Johto regeon Pokemon,. and I just need like 10 more to have caught them all but not the national dex.

Do you have any other pokemon games?

Can you transfer pokemon from your game boy pokemon games? ( emerald, sapphire, etc / palpark )

I thought you could find one in that Ice Cave located to the north of Blackthorn (or maybe that was only Soul Silver...).
