The name of the pokemon is Garchomp,and it's owner is Cynthia...
I remembered this battle. Cynthia Vs Paul. It was known that Garchomp would beat Paul's chimchar,lol.

Well, the vocals for the song almost made my ears bleed, but the video itself was great. I stopped watching the anime shortly before this episode, though ^^;
