Ban on the Wii?

I've seen on the news issues and discussions of wheter not the Wii will be banned from trading in the US. A excersice company claims Nintendo copied its controls for the excersice program and is sueing Nintendo. If it is proven true that Nintendo xeroxed, then the Wii and all the Wii games could be banned from stores.

It seems that every single low-ranked company is sueing Nintendo because of it suposeably(?) copying their company.

I doubt that they will win the lawsuit. A company as big and successful as Nintendo would not do something that stupid to put their company's product out of business.

Nintendo will win the fight
because if it is true Nintendo will just buy the plans and everything from the next company and save there company and keep there profits

and the DS outsells just about every system out right now. the ds on its own saved nintendo, the wii just saved it from becoming a third party developer for home consoled systems.

The dsi is actually a poor system, the one after it though, it is gonna be awesome, I am just gonna hold out until then.

I agree, the DSi s a lame system, basically a copy of the DS wihout a GBA port.

if that happened...it'd be bad because it'd be like a waste of money- no new games
