Sure, I've been hearing it's a groovy system with a lot of very modern features. The camera addition, plus DSiWare. Please discuss the DSi here. cry2

It does lack a GBA port, but it also can have games removed without it freezing up.

The lack of the GBA port makes some people mad because they can't transfer pokemon from their emerald/sapphire version games to their diamond/pearl version games, pale

But the DSi can use internet Via wi-fi,but we need an SD card to download the browser or something like that...

When I want to play/use a GBA game, I go and use my DS Lite. I don't really use the DSi Internet much since it is pretty slow. I like the camera though!<3

No, you just need an available internet connection host. ICHS's (Interactive Computer Hot spot) can provide the free internet needed. Surprised

Which is Wi-Fi.

I seem to recall Band Hero coming out soon, and that the drums controller does not fit the DSi, BUT you can still play with the buttons.

Discuss now. lol

Guitar Hero company = band Hero company

d/w I'll explain.

Guitar hero has a reputation of being for hardcore fans, so they brought in Band hero which focuses more on being a band, and they have added some different kinds of music to the mix. BUT it uses all the same controllers. So basically what they have done is used a hardcore gaming mechanism in a new game to create a common game that lots of people will play, not just the hardcore metal fans.

Kapische?

Honestly, I've seen the DSi, and I'm not overly impressed. I mean, I don't have a use for its features, and I have a Lite. Meh, that's just me, though *shrugs*

So, it's now an old handheld Nintendo game.

Is it still worth getting due to its features? There's a special offer going around in my location and it's still cheap.

The 3DS is now $170. I'd recommend saving up for that since there is plenty to expect from the new handheld.
