| Hi everyone,
Just want to know, what normally protects your pokemon from fainting in battles {Pokemon D/P/Pl}?
Mine would have to be using HP restoring potions, and swiching my weak pokemon out,to strong walls, that can absorb the hit. _________________ I like to play cbeebies games

I help protect my pokemon by using HP recovering moves, like recover and softboil...
They give my pokemon a massive amount of HP,to help them survive another hit from my foe, _________________ Beep Beep

Normally, I put their special defense/defense down, use Endure, and get them with the final blow with a powerful move!

If I have access to items, I use them...if not, I usually go wild and hit as hard as I can before getting knocked out...that or use recovery moves.

I tend to try and keep my pokes in there and fighting as long as I can; if things go wrong then I use revive + hyper potion after the match, unless it's absolutely necessary to do it there and then. Also, if you're talking about in-game, I tend to train my pokes to unnecessarily high levels, so that when they do battle (say, against the elite four for example), I rarely need to use hyper potion or revive, instead using super potions just to rectify the smaller damages. Ooh, and in competitive battles, then focus sash of course And moves like 'recover' and 'synthesis' are handy too =) Pirate

Well, I don't play Pokemon anymore but, what usually keeps my Pokemon from fainting are Leftovers and Full Restores. I don't use Revives much since they are useless for me. When I battled competitively, it was Leftovers on some of my Pokemon, sometimes Sitrus Berry, and some had Focus Sash. If one of my Pokemon knew HP restoring moves such as Synthesis, Recover, and Wish, I would use those helpful moves. Detect would help to since they protect my Pokemon xD Oh, and of course the move Protect.
